Sometimes it has happened that a customer orders glasses, but the shape does not fit. Or – even less often – the sunglasses are not exactly as expected. If this happens, it’s OK – just let us know within 14 days.
WHAT TO DO IF YOU WANT TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR SUNGLASSES?
- 1. Within 14 days of receiving your order, email us at email@example.com and let us know if you would like to return or exchange your glasses. If you wish to exchange, please also indicate the glasses you wish to exchange. We will reply as soon as possible and send you the PIN code you need to return it.
- 2. Return the glasses via the PIN code provided by us using a DPD parcel machine. Returns can only be made with the return code sent and returns cannot be made on the spot. NB! Pairs of glasses to be returned must be new.
- 3. Once the sunglasses have been returned to us, we will send you a new pair or refund your order.
